Contract Help Desk Support Engineer
Help Desk Support Engineer who has experience in migrating all users over to O365 platforms.
• 5+ years with O365 experience on desktop. Knowledge of how to troubleshoot, understanding of interaction and how it works with cloud on desktop itself, Active Directory/Azure/Exchange components, how O365 is installed, how users are authenticated for licensing, etc.
• Must be dynamic in supporting end users and communicating with them.
• From project stand point, be able to work with waves being migrated on a week-to-week basis (user profiles, end user components – hardware, etc.).
• Ability to recognize if issue is desktop related or other.
