ContractSr. HVAC Technician
High School Diploma or GED. Must have successfully completed formal training programs on HVAC operations. Documentation or certificates will be required.
Six (6) or more year’s related experience is required.
Must possess applicable certifications and licenses. Universal Refrigeration License. OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour card. (OSHA training can be offered after hire)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, to include chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
Ability to troubleshoot faults while problem solving.
Proficient in MS Office and email, and will possess the aptitude to be trained in computer applications as required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables and standardized situations
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques regarding HVAC systems and equipment.
Ability to find creative solutions and continuously improve the work environment with minimal supervision
